Default MagicISO...

I recieved a .dmg file from a friend. Doing some research on the net, I found a program called MagicISO that will convert that into an .iso image. I have followed all the steps to do this, but the conversion process doesn't seem to go anywhere. The window (which looks like a file copy window with the files going from one folder to another) just sits there. The little file animation is moving, but it never goes above 0%. I was curious if anyone is familiar with this program and might know what is wrong, or does it just take an extremely long time to convert. Better yet, is there a better program? Thanks in advance

PS - I have tried searching for troubleshooting info, but to no avail. I am also trying to save the iso to the desktop opposed to the folder where the .dmg is located....is that the problem? (I wouldn't think so, but what do I know)

Well, that worked great, except for one thing....the iso wasn't a format that windows could read. I would assume that I have some properties to mess with in UltraISO, but I have no idea what I need to do. If you could help me with that, I'm in business. I'm on XP by the way. Thanks for your help.

It appears that .dmg images are not supported with MagicISO.

This programme here suggests that it can convert them UltraISO...
