Hey Boo!

I don't have a solution for you, but this kind of error in Nero usually means a compatibility issue with the drive itself. It can occur when you attempt to do something that isn't supported on the drive such as writing at 16x when the drive is only capable of supporting 8x. A lot of people are also experiencing problems with the latest release of Nero, version 7. - just something else for you to be aware of.

I agree with this, the latest version 7.5.1.1 is buggy. I put version 7.2.7.0 (the last update before 7.5.x.x) and all is well...

Downgraded to previous version but am still getting the same error message? I recently had to reformat my PC (about a month ago) and I have had problems burning DVD's, movies since then. Audio CD's and Images I can burn fine.

Please help

I forgot to mention that I uninstalled 7.5.1.1 with the Nero 7 Clean Tool, then I deleted the Nero folder from C:\Program Files. I then run CCleaner to get rid of the rest of the registry bits and pieces that were left over. Then I reinstalled 7.2.7.0 and my problem (a Exception error) was gone.
