Default outlook express wont recieve mail!

hey, can anybody help?
the outlook express on my computer wont recieve mail. when i ask it to, it asks for a password. we've never used a password before, and it was working fine before we went on holiday. we have had this happen before, when we went to broadband, but that just needed a different incoming mail server. i have tried everything i can think of, but all the settings are exactly the same as they were before we went away.
any ideas? we can still send mail. our broadband is utility warehouse. we have outlook express 6. we are on windows xp. cant think of anything else!
thanks!

Hey assassin!
Welcome to PC Helpforum!

Actually, every e-mail account has a password.
Is it possible that someone else has configured it for you?

It's possibly the same password as the password of your ISP e.g.
What kind of e-mail do you have?

Blue
