i have mce 2005 and a dell angle usb tv tuner with composite, cable and s-video inputs. i know that mce puts a 2 sec buffer on incoming videos from the tuner. this buffer makes it imposible to play ps2 games on mce. sooo my question is that is there any freeware programs that i can download that can read this tuner and not buffer video. what a mouth full

Hi Frank, I'm not too sure on this one.

The way I understand things, the TV card is what does the buffering, and has nothing to do with the software side of things.
