Hi Gabolos,

Welcome to PCHF. We have a great team of techs here, and I am sure that we will be able to help you to sort this out.

First of all, I just want to make sure that you aren't talking about an old Japanese monster movie, , you know they made them like that on purpose, LOL.

Seriously tho, if you could please post the format you have the film in, the program that you are using to view it, the operating system you have on your PC, info on your vid and sound cards if any, otherwise the information on your PC, make and model.

Looking forward to your reply,

TTFN

hi ladygreenwitch,

I wish the movie was an old japanese monster movie because i would know what was wrong with it LOL.

Format: i think DIVX because when i look at its properties i just says video clip
Program: Divx player, windows media player
Operating System: Windows Xp Pro 2002 edition
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster PCI
Video Card: NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 MODEL 64
CPU: Pentium 3 997MHz
RAM: 512MB

I don't kno if this may be important but the person that i downloaded it from said they have the same problem with the movie.

Thank you in advance for any help or advice you provide.

Glad you got the reference, LOL.

I may need to call in some of the other techs on this one, they have a lot more experience with troubleshooting movie formats.

I need to do a bit of research and I will get back to you with what I find, in the mean time. Make sure that all of your updates are done, and try some other players, like Real, see if there is any difference.

Looking forward to your reply,

TTFN
