I want to sent a file (copy of an invoice) over am email so it could opened using Adobe Reader but i do not know how to do it. Any help offered would be appreciated.

What format is the invoice currently in, .doc/.jpg?

The best thing to do would be to convert it into a pdf file, depending on how the document is currently saved you might be able to use the following online program.
