Hello there robert_lucky13 and welcome to the great PCHF forum.

We are going to need to isolate the problem because it could be a number of things:
  • Faulty RAM
  • Software corruption
  • Spyware/Malware
The best way for us to figure out what is causing the problem would be for you to post the exact error message you receive when your machine crashes.
When it asks you to send the error report there is a link you can press called - "To see what data this error report contains - click here"

Click on that link and then you may have to click on the 'view technical information' link, either way take a screenshot or simply type out the exact error message for us to see.

Unfortunately that code doesn't help, it should give you a device name or file name e.g AppName: iexplore.exe

Have another look in the techincal info section, if possible take a screenshot and post it onto the forum.

For whats it's worth, I had the same error message and it turned out I somehow had screwed up my Quicktime software. I completly reinstalled it and most everything was normal.
Hope this gives some help.
