Ok, I hope this is the right place for this thread. I just need some help.

I have a 7 minute long video, 67.1 MBs in size. There are some rather needless parts which I would like to edit out. How would I go about this without ruining the quality of the video.

Also, when I finish that, how would I turn the video into a .SWF file like something on YouTube.com?

Have you tried program like: Windows Movie Maker, Im not sure if they can convert to .swf, but there are free converters available. Windows Movie Maker is very easy in use, and its easy to edit movies.
