Default Help me plz can't run ogg properly

I have run ogm and mkv files in the past perfectly fine, but just recently i uninstalled and reinstalled the codecs used for ogm and mkv but now core vorbis directshow won't load for some reason even though i have everything installed that i need. directshow is the program that allows you to change the audio language of the file for example like cowboy bebop i get both japanese and english and i just want english, can someone plz tell me why directshow won't load and how i can fix it

no i've already redownloaded everthing it isn't corruption directshow just won't start up

Scrub DX from your PC with this: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Securit...adicator.shtml and re-install. Remove ALL of your codecs at the same time.
