Default [Answered] Optimizer XP

I downloaded Optimizer XP from your download section but before I used it I want to see if there are any risks to harming my computer if I set it to preformance. like will it overheat or is it like overclocking or whatever.

I'm personally not a big fan of anykind of "pc optimizer" or "ram optimizers" ect. but a quick google search doesnt bring up any problems with the app. And its not like youre overclocking , so no need to worry about heat.

I am not a fan of 3rd party softwares eighter. There are many twekas available to optimize the speed of your PC. Google search comes up with many tweaking guides.

That depends on what kind of optimizer it is , memoptimizers just do more harm then good afaik.

And things like XP optimizers could mess up settings , and you never know what it did. And i want to know exactly what happends , and how things are setup on my pc.

So both , personal , and they can do harm.

I used it for a while. But it doesn't seem to improve performances. I would not recommend Optimizer XP. I also throw it away because I want to know what exactly is going on.
