Question [Resolved] Norton Install Problems

I have recently purchased Norton SystemWorks 2006 with Norton Firewall 2006. I uninstalled my previous Norton software to install the new ones. I even used the Symantec utility to completly uninstall all leftover parts of the previous software.

When I go to install both programs it runs and preinstall scan to see if the installation will go well. Everytime I run it it comes up with a scan fail messages and saves this in a file on my computer:
-----Preinstall Scan Results-----
Access rights summary scan summary.
11 folders scanned.
6 registry entries scanned.

I tried to install them and it comes up with an error messages saying that it does not have access to a specific registry key named:CcWebWnd.ccWebWindow.1

I am assuming that the install isn't being able to edit the key and I gave permission for anyone to access it and am just having a hard time figuring out what I need to do. Can anyone give any insight to this problem. I am open to almost any thing.

Thank you for looking at the logs, but I am happy to say that I have hopefully figured out the problem and now the newly installed programs work just as I would have expected. So far...
