ok, i formatted my computer some time ago now (i was the admin) and, i stil have everything i had back then (all the files etc) i just reset the PC to its default ways (im no good at explaining things). anyway, when i now try to access my old folder that i used beofre i formatted my PC, it gives me a message "C:\My old Dick Structure -- \My old Documents and Settings\Ian is not accessible.

Access is denied"

my question is, is there anyway i could still get to these files? there are some pics etc i want from there (family mebers etc). i am the admin of the computer if that helps. i did this before but it never gave me problems like this.
