My friend needs a program that could edit photos and apply various cosmetic objects like wigs and eye liners. Don't ask. :roll:

It doesn't necessarily have to be a program. I've seen my internet sites where you can stretch faces or alter one's face into a different age or race, so something like this must be available somewhere.

I dont do much phto editing like that but here is a goggled version...just make sure to read if you download somthing for free, if it comes with added spyware etc..
