i am completely lost, i opened winzip and couldnt find the file but i found it in a folder saying unzipped in c drive....

1 more question, when ive downloaded the modem drivers and am extracting them where do i put them, C:\WINDOWS\system again?

sorry for the delay,? kids ya know... the drivers you download will be an .exe so you willl just double click it, and it will run automaticlly
