the driver seems to install fine but when i restart the computer and load it up again i get an error message saying that an error has occured trying to install the modem

This pc is not the greatest either, the floppy drive dosent work, games dont work, i get the error "ddraw.dll" is not responding check the file to determine the problem when i try to play a game....

Use WinZip to extract the file to your windows\system directory.
If you don't have WinZip you can download it from: www.winzip.com

open the file with winzip and press extract.. it will ask you where you would like to extract the file to copy and paste the below directory into that space

C:\WINDOWS\system
