Downloaded quicktime, original problem corrected but now that i have installed aol broadband modem drivers i get a windows error that the modem itself could not be installed, it just stops responding after about 2 mins after saying that windows is installing software to enable new hardware to run...., any ideas?

Ok not a big fanboy of aol :-D... But do you have broadband through another company? Or just AOL?

Ok so then did they send you a cable modem or a dsl modem? I dont know what AOL brodband uses in your area.. After I knw the answer to that, I should be able to help ya out, as my wife is a big AOL fangirl :-D.. Gotta have her AOL .. AOL is not really that baddd. It just put's itself everywhere in your pc where it does not belong thats my only problem with it! But if ya got a contract ya got a contract!
