With the recently awarded PC Magazine Editors' Choice Award for Spyware Doctor 3.2, the PC Tools Support Team has received a huge increase in sales queries. This has delayed our response time for all support queries. Please be assured that your business is valued and that have been endeavouring to answer your questions as soon as we can.

Classic! You're important to us if you're buying new stuff...older (loyal) customers have to wait :P

raidendx.

Something strange has struck me after reading your post to my question about 'Hung Applications are Ended Automatically'. Nowhere in my post did I mention anything about the 'Compacting' operation and the 'Yes' button question I asked PCTools.

So would you please tell me how you knew that I asked that question. (to PCTools only) Do you have access to PCTools support site and can read what people post there ? Are you physic, an employee, or have you hacked into my pc. Inquiring minds want to know.

Waiting to hear this one.

:-) Hey Guys,

This is why we are going to be the Super Heros of Techland, we can actually speak English, (or Dutch, or Spanish...) Hengis, you're going to have to start sending out those capes soon. I will start on my wannabe Wonder Woman costume in the morning.?

This is the kind of thing that really burns me up, "We can't actually write a comprehesible manual, or answer your question so that you can understand it unless you are a total geek, because we're so special we don't care about you."? :

Great job on the follow thru Rod-O-Matic, really appreciate it.

I just have to give the lady 1 tech point for the 'Quote of the Year'.? ? ? ? It is too bad that the people who should see this...never will !

"We can't actually write a comprehesible manual, or answer your question so that you can understand it unless you are a total geek, because we're so special we don't care about you."?
I wonder if there is a school or a class that teaches 'How to write manuals that no one can understand 101'.? There seems to be a lot of graduates plying their higher education.

Do you think they get paid by how few words they can use to describe something ?

I applaud PCTools, they (at least) answered my question.?

T...you made my day ! ? Thanks? ?
