In WMP , go to options/media liberary and put a check in front of "delete item from youre computer when deleted from media liberary".

Hang on, do you actually want to delete the songs off your computer as well or just from the Windows media player list ?

Alright follow Joe5 advise, when you open your Windows Media player do you open playlists?

If so then its possible that those songs are saved in the playlist so simply delete them from the list and then re-save the list.
