Just an asside, I was so excited about bouncing Tigger I forgot to ask, do you think the problem is more likely in the conversion not being recognized or by not accessing it properly. Just a thought.

Well, it should pick up anything with a .png extension, then open it and check for the proper format, so I would say it would be the latter.
