Question [Answered] Making a program MUTE

Hi,

I have a program in XP that makes a noise and the program doesn't have a volume control or mute function.
Is there a way to mute a certain program in XP and still hear the other programs that make noise.

Regards.

There should always be a preference bar or toold somwhere in the program once opend. Again its hard to tell as the program isnt listed in your reply. But it is almost always possible to make a program keep quit

I didn't list the program because it's not a popular one.
It's called " Bracket Trader "

Regards.

I found this in the faq:

How do I modify/turn off sounds in 2003?

1. turn off your speaker, or
2. register Bracket Trader and you can even choose the sounds you want
