Did you have them when you first installed the program?

Simple one, but go into CS and then Window (at the top) > make sute that the "Tools" option is checked. Failling that is it worth you uninstalling the program -= deleting the folder and re-installing it?

Ohh never mind, I was looking around the tools toolbar and you know that you can switch between tools by right-clicking the little arrow at each box? Well I right clicked on one that said Gradient Tool, and that's where I found the Paint Bucket Tool! So thanks for the help!
