When I go to control + alt + delete, I click on Task Manager. The following message appears:

Windows Task Manager: taskmgr.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x100062b8" referenced memory at "0x00000001". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

When I click ok OK, it closes and nothing happens. When I click ok CANCEL, I get the following message:

Program Error
taskmgr.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.
You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created.

I tryed running DPS Spyware Remover, Norton AntiVirus, Panda AntiVirus. I also tryed running taskmgr.exe and deleting it, and using control + shift + escape to open the Task Manager.

I desperately need help, because it seems I can only open it when I turn my computer on, and then some process comes on probably to mess everything up. I know my copmuter it stuck at 100% CPU Usage now, so either I need someone kind enough to help me or I need to wipe my hard drive.

I seem to remember that THIS WORM dis-ables the Task Manager (amongst other things). Try working thru the repair solution on the link before we go deeper
