Default [Fixed] Nokia PC Suite

My mum recently got a Nokia 7610, so I installed the drivers on the com plus the PC Suite. Thing is, I can't seem to disable it(PC Suite) as a start-up item and it sucks up precious RAM. I tried msconfig, but couldn't find the correct file to disable. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Dumprep 0-K
Description: Used in connection with memory dumps - you can disable these by - right clicking on My Computer, selecting Properties and then the Advanced tab. Click on the Settings button in 'Startup and Recovery'. In the bottom pane - under 'Write debugging information' - click on the down arrow and then select 'None' - OK
