I dont get it.. Where/what is the actuall game?

You get a nation and then function as the nation's leader, making laws, performing military actions, researching new technology, etc...

Im sorry Space but i stil dont have a clue as to what or where the game is , or how you are supposed to play it. All i see is a forum , and i dont understand anything i see there..

It is text-based. You make posts to play, and it is manually processed by a team of humans. It is not a piece of software like Civ or something like that... Basically, the idea is to interface with other countries without bringing the world to a nuclear winter .

Are there some sort of instructions anywhere for members who might be interested in it?

wow! Those are QUITE the lists! I'm eager to download the ElderScrolls:Arena & the Betrayal @ Krondor games....I've played BAK years ago, and I'm fully addicted to Morrowind, so I can't WAIT to try Arena! Thanks again, folks!

Might I suggest some of Nifflas' Games? These are 3 great, adventure side-scrolling games have really simple but fun gameplay and ambient graphics. The latest game, Knytt Stories, allows for adventure "modules" from users, and you can even make your own.
