Question Re: Infected with Alpha virus

something is wrong. AFter i got the go ahead, I installed sp3 and now the computer won't boot up normally. I tried last known good config and it keeps coming back to the screen that something happened, etc. It will start up in safe mode and safe mode with networking. Any ideas?

Thumbs up Re: Infected with Alpha virus

I figured it out. It was the amd vs intel (on hp's running AMD's). Disabling the intel driver worked as per article I read online. Thanks for your help. If you are aware of this issue and think there is something else I need to know or do, I would appreciate the help. Thanks!
