That has replaced a driver but I still see no malware...can you get Kaspersky to run in safe mode ?.

I tried starting in safemode with networking three times to allow me to get to the Kaspersky website, but my computer starts in safe mode without any capability to access the internet. So... no, I can't do it. Any other ideas? This is really frustrating.

You should be able to select Safe Mode with Networking ! Is that option missing ?

I did select safe mode with networking, but once the computer started up there was no access to the internet. I tried this three times. I don't know why it's not working.

Internet is fine in normal mode. It's not working in safe mode. This is the last time I'm going to try this program because I'm afraid it's may actally do damage. It flickers and goes haywire. One last shot. Maybe a new day will help.
