C:\Documents and Settings\mam\Desktop\Unused Desktop Shortcuts\HousecallLauncher.exe

Once that's done right click on your Recycle Bin and empty it.

i suspect that this is the first Bot reported to me by TrendMicro's RUBotted.
in total, i think there are two Bots infected with my pc.

That file shows up as Malware because it is related to ComboFix. Rest assured, it is legitimate and needed for ComboFix to function correctly. When we remove ComboFix it will be removed. Are you still getting the RUBotted warning?

i could not succeed in downloading ComboFix, it seemed that most of the users could not be getting in the download page, don't know why this happens.

Just completed with ComboFix a few minutes ago.
Still got Bot as reported by RUBotted.

I guess another option for me is to change my os to Windows7 (RC), unfortunately, microsoft stopped download sites for this new RC os.
Could you give me any other options for os ?
