I'm helping my dad with his computer as he doesn't know his way around one and his computer seems to have been taken over by popups (despite having a popup blocker) and Spyware Protect 2009.

I've run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program and multiple spyware programs and can't seem to get rid of them. I've finally downloaded Trend Micro HijackThis in hopes that it will take care of the problem. This is was came back:
