Question Antivirus 2008

My pc has been fixed here before, but I keep having thios problem: every time I open a new page or click on a link, I get this:
Insecure Internet activity. Threat of virus attack
Due to insecure Internet browsing your PC can easily get infected with viruses, worms and trojans without your knowledge, and that can lead to system slowdown, freezes and crashes.
Also insecure Internet activity can result in revealing your personal information.
To get full advanced real-time protection for PC and Internet activity, register Antivirus 2008.
We recommend you to protect your PC now and continue safe Internet browsing.
LINKS REMOVED
Then I click on the second one and I get a small window asking again if I am sure or do I want to get full protection. It is annoying, can somebody help?

I'd just like to confirm that you have a virus, don't download anything unless advised.

Please follow DrDroopy's link which is the same as in PreWork below

Here is my log and I just did this plus malwarebytes a few days ago and apparently everything looked ok, but I just keep on getting that message. I have only used malwarebytes and my norton 360, nothing else because here I have not been advised to do anything else...

Isorene,

Are we talking about the same computer you currently have a thread in the In Progress HJT forum for?

If so running the programs I outlined for you will fix it right up.
