Virus? I think it's spyware. It's a fake spyware program.

Also I don't 100% clearly understand the steps for ComboFix. There has got to be something else, system restore or something.... Plus my family doesn't want me downloading or using something i am not familar with. So i pretty much CAN'T use ComboFix. It was hard enoguh to explain to them why i had to do all the prework etc.

If this does not fix it then its will have to be Combofix because there are hiiden files that need to come out and I cant find them without it.

• Download The Avenger by Swandog46 from here.
• Unzip/extract it to a folder on your desktop.
• Double click on avenger.exe to run The Avenger.
• Click OK.
• Make sure that the box next to Scan for rootkits has a tick in it and that the box next to Automatically disable any rootkits found does not have a tick in it.
• Copy all of the text in the below textbox to the clipboard by highlighting it and then pressing Ctrl+C.

• In the avenger window, click the Paste Script from Clipboard, button.

• Your PC will now be rebooted.
• Note: If the above script contains Drivers to delete: or Drivers to disable:, then The Avenger will require two reboots to complete its operation.
• If that is the case, it will force a BSOD on the first reboot. This is normal & expected behaviour.
• After your PC has completed the necessary reboots, a log should automatically open. If it does not automatically open, then the log can be found at %systemdrive%\avenger.txt (typically C:\avenger.txt).
• Please post this log, along with a new HijackThis log in your next reply.

Your Java is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system. Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update to the latest version if required.
Before installing go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
Then install the newest version.
Updating Java:
Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u6 (Java SE Downloads).

So after i remove what you said am i clear? Is this antispyware master gone?

P.S Do i really need to do all that for java? And will i have to do this everytime my java is outdated? I got something in my system tray earlier today telling me updates for java are available, so i shouldn't just click that and install them? It still is in my system tray as well-i thought that is how your notified to update java?

Oh and i went to add/remove i only see java listed once and one thing, it is this... "Java Runtime Environment"

Edit: Ok i removed the 2 things you told me to. By the way i haven't recieved any more weird I.E pop ups opening and bringing me to odd sites such as porn, and to install odd software since i did the "avenger" program. So hopefully that is a good sign.

I will leave it up to you if you want to update your java.As for the question of is the antispyware master gone.? I cant answer that with out the in depth look at your files system which I could have done with Combofix but it looks like you problem is solved....
