first off, I see several entries for several different antivirus applications, such as AVG and Symantec. Dueling a/v apps can cause instability and frequently cancel each other out. If you do indeed have both active and running, uninstall one of them.

Next, you also have both bittorrent and limewire. While these apps can and are certainly used for legit trading of applications, they are still breeding grounds for viruses, and this is most likely where you system got compromised. There's still a lot of infections going on at the registry level, so let's start with Kaspersky scanner. Please post both a combo log and a hijackthis log in addition to the Kaspersky log.

Using Internet Explorer, visit Free Virus Scan - Kaspersky Lab

Answer Yes, when prompted to install an ActiveX component.
  • The program will then begin downloading the latest definition files.
  • Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
  • Locate the Scan Settings button & configure to:
    • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
      • Extended
    • Scan Options:
      • Scan Archives
      • Scan Mail Bases
  • Click OK & have it scan My Computer
  • Once the scan is complete, it will display if your system has been infected. It does not provide an option to clean/disinfect. We only require a report from it.

  • Click the Save as Text button to save the file to your desktop so that you may post it in your next reply
* Turn off the real time scanner of any existing antivirus program while performing the online scan

thanks,

v

Sorry in advance but I've done all that ****...I have both Avg and norton because norton is the only anti-virus that can detect the virus' emails but when it's running i cant opporate at all because of the alerts so I constantly re-install norton every time I feel i may have fixed it and need to test. I did the kasperky scan twice and nothing was found. I already deleted traces of symantic, it's just that i re-installed it afterwards. I dont know what to do anymore. Nothing seems to work so I plan on just re-installing windows once I finish backing up all my files.
