Unhappy Redirected on any search engine in ie & ff

Hello! I'm having a spyware issue (I think) that I can't seem to solve on my own, so here I am!
Any search engine I use in ie or ff redirects me to another search engine when I click on ANY link. I've run my ad-aware & avg free & ccleaner (sorry, no logs for those) & have no viruses and all my ad-aware trackings & mrus were removed. None of those looked dangerous, all tac less than 3, but removed them anyway.
I've attached my hijack this! log.
Please help! I really need to search since I have a term paper due in like 3 weeks. Yes, I'm a procrastinator.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:

http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/file...Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads Save the text that will open (report.txt) to your desktop.

Should you have problems connecting to the internet after the fix, follow these instrutions.
Please go to Start -> Control Panel Network Connections. Rightclick on your default connection (usually Local Area Connection or Dial-up Connection if you are using Dial-up) and leftclick on Properties. Doubleclick on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the button that says "Obtain DNS servers automatically". Click OK twice, and restart your computer.

In your next reply, please include a fresh Hijackthis log and report.txt. Thanks
