Default [Resolved] Windows cannot find C:\Windows\Winlogon.exe
This one is a barstard to remove. I know that the original Winlogon file is in system32, and I know deleting it will crash my system, so this is defo a virus.

AVG Anti-Spyware Scan found only tracking cookies, which I removed
I have also run CCleaner successfully with every option checked, and the problem still arises.
