did you put an application called 'crawler' on your pc? It's sometimes used for parental control.

Go to start > run > services.msc > in the right pane go to 'viewpoint manager' > double click to open it > click 'stop' > set it from 'automatic' to 'disabled' > right click start > explore > navigate to c:\program files and delete the viewpoint folder.

Follow the instructions for ComboFix, then paste the results along with a new HJT log.
