Quicker than I thought:

Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner
Note: This Scanner is for Internet Explorer Only!

Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT

Now click on Scan Settings
In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
Extended (if available otherwise Standard)
Scan Options:Scan Archives
Scan Mail Bases
Click OK

Now under select a target to scan:Select My Computer
This will program will start and scan your system.
The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
Now click on the Save as Text button:
Save the file to your desktop.
Then post the results from the Kapersky scan.

I will follow the posted instructions fortunately I have Symantec Corporate and got it to update and run. and I believe that they are all gone now... I will run another Safemode SAS overnight and post the results here as well as a kaspersky shortly

Thanks for the update. It is great to hear that you got Symantec to update and run but to be honest, Symantec is not that great dealing with the infection you had.

well despite the fact that I am unable to provide you with the logs you can close this ticket. My boss took his machine with him this morning before I had a chance to get to the site and post. But thank you much I have bookmarked the site so that I can try and be an active member of the community here and help out as I can.
