Everything looks normal.I dont see any problems with malware in you log.

That PC is never going to be a "speedster"-- you just don't have the hardware for it.
You might see some improvement by adding some more RAM... but it won't be much...and PC133 RAM is getting hard to find.
Your Graphics card has less Memory than a lot of cellphones today.
Plus it is AGP 4X-- the highest is 8X... your mobo just does not support it.
Windows XP is supposed to run on 256MB-- but I had a PC with that much and that same speed of RAM-- and it was just sluggish.

You can try tweaking XP so it has less of it's built in features running all the time...it will gain you some speed. as will defragging the HD...

yeah i know about the whole slow down...i just ordered 512mb of ram...should be in by this thursday
hopefully that speeds it up

it actually runs pretty well as far as speed...(i dont use that many applications)
its just that recently i downloaded some prorgrams and one of them contained a backdoor, but i think avg got it
