Uninstall Easy SpyRemover.

Download and run RogueRemover

Run a new scan with Deckard's System Scanner and post the new logs.

Download and run RunScanner - save a .run file. "Zip" the file and include it as an attachment in your reply.

Download and unzip the attached file.

Open RunScanner and select "open .run file" and browse to the fix.run that you downloaded

Select "Fix selected Items"

Reboot

Post a new RunScanner .run log.
