[Fixed] Hijackthis! Logs - Uncontrolled Restarts posted in the Security & Safety forums; OK I uploaded the hijackthis and superantispyware logs. After work today I'll try getting rid of itunes and qt again, but that process you were describing is what I did ...

OK I uploaded the hijackthis and superantispyware logs. After work today I'll try getting rid of itunes and qt again, but that process you were describing is what I did that caused a crash earlier.

Hello again,have you tried deleting real player first?Then try deleting itunes from add and remove.

I will move you to hijack this logs so one of our security team can take a look for you on your logs?

OK a couple updates here:
I tried again to get rid of the qt and itunes files and it's still a no-go. I still get a restart. The actual files however seem to be the package installers...

Also, when manually dumping files from the system32 folder and emptying the trash I get an error saying:

Error Deleting File or Folder
Cannot remove folder es.Iproj: the directory is not empty

Also I don't, as it turns out, have RealPlayer

Do you have a HP computer?Or a HP type printer?If I was japanese I could read what it is.HP is giving me foriegne web links for es.Iproj.I got something about regonal settings but not getting very for on it.
Or a language pack?
Or its saying apple safari web browser?not sure do you have that installed?

To be honest I am a little lost in finding english written help files?
