Like I mentioned earlier, when I go to My Documents > Downloads, that folder closes and I get a windows explorer error. Once I click on dont send/send error report, the whole screen flashed and everything is restored but that window. I'm almost positive that this is due to some video I downloaded thru Utorrent.

I also remember my cousins computer having the exact same issue. He would open my documents, go to a video carpet and the exact same thing would happen.

Shall I just reinstall windows again or just try to delete everything in that folder??

Try dumping that folder and then run the following:

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
This program is for XP and Windows 2000 only
  • Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
    Under Main choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
If you use Firefox browser
  • Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
If you use Opera browser
  • Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
For Technical Support, double-click the e-mail address located at the bottom of each menu.

thanks,

v
