Default Winlogon.exe application error

Hi, all...
Could U help me pls? I'm new here, so I don't know where to start. Is it ok if I post my thread here?
I just got Winlogon.exe Application Error msg. It said:
The instruction at "0x0106b593" reference memory at "0x0106b593".
The memory could not be "written".
Click OK to terminate the program
Click CANCEL to debug the program

This is not the first time I had this msg, n as usual, I click CANCEL, the computer restartes n everything was ok. But this time, the computer didn't restart n I got this msg:
STOP: C000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedely with a status of 0xC0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shut down

I couldn't restart it w/ ctrl+alt+del, so I pressed the power button on my CPU a few seconds til it shut down n then I turn it back on. Now I can use my pc, but I wanna know what's wrong with it. N I attach my HijackThis scan log. Pls help.. I'm so blind w/ this kinda stuff.

Tq..
