Default Year Change Automatically? XP

I think my PC might have been hacked into but not sure. The year on my XP Date/Time will automatically increase by 400 (ie 2008 to 2408). This will happen randomly, sometimes it'll not change for a whole day, sometimes it'll change 3-4 times within about 2 hours. My computer might be sitting idle with no program running and it'll just happen. I search the internet to see if anyone else have the same problem but couldn't find any. Hoping the gurus in here could shed some light on the subject. Any help is greatly appreciated. I enclosed my "Hijack This" (ironic isn't it) log. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Thanks ih8bills for taking an interest in my plight. Here's the new "Hijack This" log as requested. The only hinder this date changing business is that it'll change without warning. I might be in the middle of typing an email and hit sent only realised the date stamp is 2408. Or file downloaded with a modified date of 2408. Which is not a problem as I can change that but it's just annoying. Also not even sure if someone is poking around my system. Anyway. Thanks again for your help.

While I am familiar with procedures... and do know a bit about the subject--
I would prefer you wait for one of our security team analysts to look at this.
I wanted to get you started of correctly-- saves time for them.

Please be patient.

I dont think this is a malware problem ...

Have "Hijack This" fix all the following items in the list below by placing a check in the appropriate boxes.Confirm that you have only the listed ones checked, then press <Fix checked> and Close HJT.
O2 - BHO: AzEntretien Class - {0d2def3a-f4f1-42ec-ac4f-132e7ba6e292} - (no file)
O16 - DPF: {D7BF3304-138B-4DD5-86EE-491BB6A2286C} - night club new york las at azebar.com

=====================================

Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixreg.reg to your desktop.
Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files"
Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.

[-HKU\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\S tats\{0D2DEF3A-F4F1-42EC-AC4F-132E7BA6E292}]
After reboot post a new HJT log.
