I apologize for the delay.

Did you change anything recently? hardware?software?ISP?

No ihavent change nothing on my computer. when i start it up, i pressed ctrl alt del to check the process. Fssm32.exe is taking most of my memory, about 150,00 K. It goes down and up. I researcd it a little bit and is for my fsecure antivirus that i get for free from my ISP Charter. Should i delete this, fix this or change my anti V. please help

That is a tough one. That is why I asked if you changed your ISP. The bundled software is the right price for some very good software. The problem is that the bundled software usually does slow things down.

That decision is for you to make. We can do some steps that may help with the speed but probably not dramatically. There are free programs that can replace the components of the bundled package.

Personally, I do not like using bundled packages from ISP's.

So you suggest getting a new anti V?

Personally, yes I would use a free anti-virus and a free firewall.
