my combo fix will be up in the morning. im running something all night so i wont be able to run combofix till i wake up.

log looks better. You still have viewpoint running as a service, to stop that, go to start > run > services.msc and scroll down to viewpoint, right click and choose 'stop'. Then set it to disabled, reboot, and then go to program files and delete everything under viewpoint. That will help a bit, but it's not a critical issue.

Will wait for the combo log.
