Default Error Message, Help Please !!!!

It seems that when I am online for a few hours I start to lose the ability to click on thumbnail pics and have them enlarge, or when clicking on a link that page won't open without an error message either. The thumbnails sometimes go to a small white box with a red X in the middle. Here is the error message, I am not too computer savvy so please be patient with me.
