hmm yeah it's been a month problem so i can't seem to remove the kvxo trojan together with the backdoor.

three suspicious virus i couldn't delete.

m36t.exe
kvxo.exe + fool0.dll and fool1.dll
i don't know if there are others that follow.

my pc is reacting differently especially that the folders item in my windows does not appear anymore whenever i enable/apply it in the options. i also try to unhide the "procted operating system files" but doesn't work too.
plus the ym sucks whenever i have an ftp transfer.

the mcafee security center does not seem to read the virus. i'm not sure if it's from a usb stick or pirated software.

Please download HijackThis to your desktop.. http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en...HJTInstall.exe
Alternate link
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com...HJTInstall.exe
This program will help us determine if there are any spyware/malware on your computer. Double-click on the file you just downloaded.
Click on the "Unzip" button to install. It will by default install to the directory - C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
Upon install, HijackThis should open for you.
Should it not open, navigate to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis and double click on HijackThis.exe

=======================

Download Combofix from any of the links below, and save it to your desktop. For further information regarding this download you can see this on this [url=http://"

here it is combofix log(with virus). + hijackthis 1st log is after shredding and 2nd log is most current.

i think i used hijackthis after i shredded the viruses using mcafee's shredder.

also should i be deleting registry keys after deleting using that method? i thought there is something else i should remove.

could i delete logs like svchost.log? sometimes i think it's appropriate for the pc to have logs.

m36t and kvxo are gone.

psiservice.exe appears to run even if i don't run combofix.

Please copy and paste logs.Do not attatch them.Thankyou.

Please copy this page to *Notepad* and save to your desktop for reference as you will not have any browsers open while you are carrying out portions of these instructions.
It's IMPORTANT to carry out the instructions in the sequence listed below.
1. Close any open browsers.
2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
Open *notepad* and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

Killall::

File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\fool0.dll
C:\m36t.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kxvo.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\fool1.dll
Save this as CFScript.txt, in the same location as ComboFix.exe which is on the Desktop.

Refering to the picture above, drag CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe

When finished, it shall produce a log for you at C:\ComboFix.txt
Please copy and paste the ComboFix.txt along with a fresh HijackThis log in your next reply please.

*Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall*
