I received a computer with complaints of it being slow. After getting it started I have to say this is the slowest computer I have ever seen. I tried to scan with Super Antispyware, but after an hour it only finished scanning the memory and 2000 registry entries. I also ran CCleaner, but after two hours it only deleted 400 IE temporary internet files. Scanning and saving the HJT log too around 20 minutes and shutting the computer down took 30 minutes. It's a Dell Dimension running Windows XP SP2, Pentium D 2666MHz with (I think) 1 gig of RAM.

You seem to have done the right thing and there is no sign of malware.I do see two anti virus programs Avg and Mcfee running.Two can cause conflicts and maybe slowing things up.

That's what the problem was, two anti-virus programs. I don't know how I didn't notice that, but after un-installing one everything went back to normal.
