Done.

Also what I have noticed since running all these tests:

-Firefox completely refuses to take cookies although settings in options are set to enable.
-Gmail Notifier doesn't work (Cannot find 'http://%1%20"http://mail.google.com/mail/"'. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.).
-Ports on computer don't work, IE: programs requiring ports cannot connect.

1.Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
2.On the Advanced tab, click Reset.
3.In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
4.When Internet Explorer 7 finishes restoring the default settings, click Close, and then click OK two times.
5.Close Internet Explorer 7. The changes take effect the next time that you open Internet Explorer 7.

Still giving me the same error.

Current problems since running ComboFix....

1. Regardless of whether I open ports on my router or not, applications cannot properly connect to the internet and getting connections is difficult (P2P).

2. Firefox completely refuses to accept cookies.

3. Open gmail notifier in IE7 does not work.

Sorry for the delay. Firefox came out with a new update - see if that helps the firefox issue.

Nope, Firefox still completely refuses cookies.

Is there any way to reset Firefox? I have saved my bookmarks.
