let's try a deeper cleaner. This will blow out all your internet passwords, so be sure you know them. It will also wipe out the prefetch file, so your next boot will be delayed by about 20 seconds while the os rebuilds it.

• Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
  Under Main choose: Select All
  Click the Empty Selected button.

If you use Firefox browser

• Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
  Click the Empty Selected button.

If you use Opera browser

• Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All

yeh i have, for the adds it no longer says "internet explorer could not open page" thing, yet just leaves a blank open space missing the add(sort of looks neater lol).mhd.thx
