Oh. OK, that proves flash is working properly. Can you see the advert to the top right of this thread (just under Search PC Help Forum)?

no wait sry.i dont see it.it says advertisment yet tehres nothing there not even a "internet explorer cannot view this webpage thing".thats strange....

That one was flash too. It's strange that you can see some (youTube) and not others (Adverts), IE can't distinguise between them. Is there any chance you could post a screen shot of what you can see? Also, has anything been installed recently, such as any security software?

hi there,thx again for ur replies.i have norton yet that was a long time since it has been installed and this problem is recent.how would i take a picture of something on the web etc??is there a program i use??thx alot.mhd

- Use the [Print Screen] button on your keyboard to take a snapshot of your current screen.
- Use a Paint backage such as PaintBrush (Start, All Programs, Accessories, Paint).
- Go to Edit, followed by Paste
- Then go to File and Save As. Save it to somewhere you will remember. File Type should be Jpg/Jpeg.
- When you come back here, click the Go Adanced button below the Quick Reply message box.
- You'll see an attachment icon (paperclip) which you can use to attach, and then upload the file you just saved.
