It works for Administrator as well as for me. It does not work for the other users even if I give them administrator privileges.

Run the same thing again but where it states "grant=Administrateur=f", change "administrateur" to their username. That should work.

Well... I think we are done!

I applied the reset command replacing «Administrateur» with «Utilisateurs» or «Users» instead of each user's name. IE7 and Hotmail then started working properly.

Next, I installed Windows Live Messenger and everything stopped working! I ran the reset command again and the whole thing works fine.

For a reason I cannot figure out, the MS installation routines seem to be doing the damages. Any idea why?

I have not figured out why the MS installers are doing it - I had a hard enough time trying to figure out how to fix it
